This thread may be a bit redundant with the amount of threads discussing what’s going on atm but I thought it would be good to gets everyone’s thoughts into one thread.
For me our major problems are a lack of true leadership in the middle and a lack of maturity and composure in the team.

What would your guys teams be for round 1 next year assuming were full strength with no injuries during the pre season? I can't actually think of mine atm but I'd be interested to what everyone else thinks.
I was just wondering what you're thoughts were on the whole Snowden/Thompson incident, for me there wasnt much in it and the only reason he's got seven weeks is because Thompson broke his jaw and I have a real problem with that. I honestly cannot see how Snowden's "shoulder charge" was any worse...
After our lacklustre end to last year and performance on friday night a lot of people are unhappy with the way the team are headed atm. Some people are blaming our performances on the personnel while others are blaming our structures and then there are people who think its a combination of both...
