Latimore out for the rest of the regular season. 2 week suspension.

No changes to either teams tonight.

Can I just say, I really like my Thursday night footy?

Really? I always find it so surprising. I'll get an email from one of the betting company's promoting some special for the game and I'll be like oh, that's right, there's a game on. Always seems to underwhelm me after finding out though.

I like it too. I whinge about the ads on the 2nd friday night game all the time and have started to wait 12 hours and watch it on the NRL app.

The matches 9 chose have been far from pleasing, I still have no idea what they were thinking selecting the Dogs & Tigers for example but I like that these matches get their own night and gives the fans an opportunity to get invested and digest all the action on both Thursday and Friday night.

I've never been a fan of the double header on Friday nights. One game invariably becomes background noise and I rarely get around to watching it.

I can't believe that I'm going for Souths, but them winning opens up another possibility of us getting into the eight (I can see the dogs choking against the Titans in the last round).

Dogs already getting carried away in defence.

Can't believe they weren't penalised...nor can I believe they won the first penalty for a flop.

I almost panicked earlier.

I was on the computer and I heard Sterlo and Johns talking. For a moment there I thought it was Friday and I didn't make the trip in to Brisbane to watch the game!

Then I saw the Thursday Night Footy sign..

Dogs are playing dirty.

Professional foul from Hodkinson on Burgess. Should be binned.

Ennis obviously did his homework. Fair penalty but gee, Ennis certainly played his part.

Try Mitch Brown.

Good run by T-Rex in the lead up and nice work from Mybe and Morris in the lead up.

6-0 Dogs

8 minutes in.

**** me, it is looking like Souths are going to get pumped...

That was a bad pass from Keary there. McQueen still should have taken it, but for the type of line he was running, Keary really needed soft hands there.

I was impressed with him against the Broncos, Luke, but I just don't know if he was the combinations he needs with his outside men...will be interesting to see how he learns from that play.

McQueen showing why he one of the most overrated forwards in the game..

McQueen is, and has been rubbish for a long, long time now. I hope he gets dropped in origin next year for a prop (Te'o leaving shouldn't save him).

Where the **** was this Souffs side when we played them?
