It's Brisbane's fault. It's unfair because Canberra is bat-shit boring so everyone just drinks and does stupid stuff. Brisbane has an unfair advantage by having residents that aren't lifeless politicians and public servants. If he was doing that he would have put it in league chat or opened a thread about Papalii. He bumped a years old thread comparing Gillett and Papalii at the end of the year that saw Matt's career ended by a very serious injury.

It as all the class of Josh Hoffman's "Well well well ;)".

TBH it is bad enough that we need to put up with trolls on our own forum let alone have our own members defend them for some reason.

Lol you bumped this thread in September last year after Gillett was rumoured to be medically retiring. Then you wait another year to bump it again because look everyone, I have to be right!

This kind of thread bump is sad but yes Papalii is currently a very good player so hopefully that eases some pain from the Raiders bowing out.

At Matt Gillett's peak though, he was a better player than Papalii at the time.
