Round 15 Discussion

They do actually.

Don't let that get in the way of your anti Milford, pro Hunt bias though.

Dragons forwards are dominant, they have a half back that controls games - Hunt slots in and doesn't have to suffer under pressure (which as we all know, he can't hack).

Hunt is a great player, don't get me wrong. But like Milford, he needs others to do their jobs to shine. Dragons are doing their jobs.
The only agenda I ever had was wanting equal criticism for our halves. I like Milford, I just think he gets away with everything. Now he's earning a million and playing ok and it's still everyone else's fault that he's not shining. You're not actually watching Dragons games are you? Hunt is doing everything Widdop is doing but some people still won't give him any credit.

I bet I've said more positive things about Milford then a few people have said about Hunt, and it's not Milford who is playing better this season. That is for sure.

It's LU mate, they're a special breed. I have no idea how you post over there......you're a broncos fan therefore instantly wrong.

Trolling them is a lot of fun. Some of them bite so easily, they're surely on food stamps.

He has had shit support in the halves, yes or no?

He is at his best when he is running (which implies the team having a front foot in the game) yes or no?

If Hunt had Niko or Bird in the halves with him, he would not be playing as well, yes or no?

I'll answer all 3 for you but they're all pretty similar answers

1. Yes, but how does that change his running game? He is still trying to run but either drops the ball over the first 8 rounds or has been tackled. MILFORDS FAULT

2. Yes, but he is still running and just gets tackled all the time. I don't know how that is Nikorima's fault. Guess what, MILFORDS FAULT

3. No, how would having Niko or Bird in the halves stop Hunts running, passing and short kicking game which is where he is excelling. Apart from his last few weeks where he has been injured of course, when he was still as effective as Milf.. But Milford isn't excelling at any of the stuff he's getting paid a million for. One more time for those at the back.. MILFORDS FAULT

There's been way too many excuses. Lockyer didn't need a Shane Perry to help him. Shane Perry was there, doing a job. But he could have been Nikorima and Lockyer still would have looked amazing. Milford started the season fat, again. He was dropping balls until round 8-9, again. He is kicking better but his running game has turned to shit.

Games on now so I'm done with this. All I said was that Hunt deserves credit. Do you think he does? Yes or no? Who made this about Milford? That was all you.

Late mail is in for the Knights vs Storm game.

Jacob Lillyman is out for the Knights, Sam Stone replaces him on the bench.

Billy Slater is out and Jahrome Hughes replaces him at fullback. Joe Stimson is promoted to the starting side with Ryan Hoffman demoted to the bench. Young Tonumaipea has been dropped from the side with Sam Kasiano replacing him on the bench.

Some truly great observations from Blocker..

"We talk about players coming down to the Storm and improving, Kenny Bromwich never used to have that in his game."

He's played his whole NRL career in Melbourne...

Well Cam Smith wasn't the player he became before switching to the Storm, so...

And it was such a simple pass too, anyone can throw that. He was making it out to be some masterclass passing skills lol.

Hoping to see a great game from Ponga.
Just scored from dummy half. He's a seriously excellent player, is there anything he can't do? Has the speed, ball pla ying, kicking game, goal kicking. Incredible buy for the Knights. Lolz Cowboys.

Yeah, I've said a few times that I think he could be better than Slater. Provided he has a strong drive to succeed like Slater did. Would be great to steal him from the Knights once Boyd retires.

Melbourne Storm is just too good. Man, I can't wait for Smith to retire now that he's no longer playing Origin. **** that guy, evem if he wasn't focused on Origin, he's still so much better than the competition that I just don't buy his "letting the team down if I play" excuse.

Well yeah, because that's not why he retired. His missus said he wasn't allowed.

Hopefully this is his last year, surely the **** has to slow down at some point.

So much for easing up on the penalties..

20+ in that game.

Things for Cowboys have just got worse.

Michael Morgan is out for the season. He will have surgery.

The decision to take the Shannon Boyd try off him was arguably the most disgraceful decision this year.

The referee said try. He didn't even ask to check for grounding. He asked to check for obstruction and that's it.

There is absolutely no evidence to say he was held up.

That bs bunker decision saved the Tigers season. (50 curse).
