The reality is if we fail to beat Manly next week and the Warriors manage to leapfrog us into seventh spot we face a trip to Melbourne to play the storm the first week of the finals. As much as our young colts have improved I don't think they are quite ready to roll the wrestlers yet.

Hasn't been this system for a while now?

Roberts was limping a bit at the end, that Achilles injury is still giving him a bit of grief.

I know a few of his good friends and they’ll all tell you he’s been an absolute psychopath since high school. After the stories I’ve heard I can’t say with confidence that these tackles aren’t intentional.

It will continue to give him grief until the off-season when he can get surgery or whatever done on it.

As they said earlier in the season, they will be managing it for the rest of the season. It's not something that will go away but they are confident it won't get worse.

Not anymore. Top four play each other and losers get second chance against winners of bottom four games.
Jings my memory is getting worse. I keep forgetting things Still, it could be worse, I could have dementia, or have i already mentioned that!

Foxsports have a story quoting Voss & Gasnier that Latrell shouldn't have been binned because he NEEDED to commit a professional foul because the ref missed a shepherd. Since when has anyone ever needed to commit a professional foul? DO these pea brains actually get paid to talk shit?

Thing is, what Lodge did wasn't even a shepherd.

It doesn't surprise me in the slightest that Gasnier thinks it's a shepherd. The guy repeatedly shows each week that he's a fucking idiot. But it does surprise me Vossy was calling shepherd.

Vossy just carries on like a headless chook about whatever he can. The bloke is a muppet.

Roosters did exactly the same thing up the field a couple minutes later, nothing said. Defender was not impeded, play on. Gasnier's a fucking spud.
The game was ruined by the biased commentary as per usual.

If it was a sheperd chances are they would have gone up for review anyway, the argument that he needed to do it just isn't valid, it's just trying to justify illegal actions from the defender.

Just watching the replay, Napa hit Thaiday in the head with the same shot at the 7th/8th minute, just didn’t knock him out. Thaiday walked away checking his head for blood though.

The people going on about how hitting him with his head is any better than his shoulder are making me laugh (small miracles I guess). So if he actually got his intended shot off, which was a shoulder charge because of where his arms were, that would be worse? Is a headbut any better than a shoulder charge?

Lol Gaz declared within the first minute that we had turned up to wait for the rosters to beat themselves instead of trying to win it... He’s a fuckwit, same with Anasta. Parker and Hodges reaming Smith and the storm for 80 minutes before our game was also a nauseating experience.

20 minutes in Napa runs with a clearly raised elbow.

A couple of things.

I hope Napa doesn't play again this season. He could literally kill someone doing that.

I was shocked with the Latrell professional foul. I actually thought it was a try live, I thought he scooped it backwards. It was bloody close. I definitely think it should have been looked at for a penalty try. There was no doubt that we were going to score. I found the officiating and the commentary on the sequence very confusing.

Lastly, in regards to Bennett. If he is going to be the glue that keeps this young group of players together, then he needs to stay. It's actually scary how much young talent we have. We have a very bright period ahead of us.

Napa needs to be gone for the season for his own good imo,
He will kill someone and then who knows what will happen.
He’s a dog and needs to be out for the rest of the year

Napa can’t use the old “He stepped away from me” excuse like last time either. Macca actually steps towards him in this one.
