I definitely think at the very least Bennett contacted someone like Alex Johnston who was very vocal in the media asking whether they are in Bennett's plans. Sam Burgess is someone he would be in contact with as well, but players from other teams ask Bennett for advice all the time. As a coach, morale is pretty important. He probably did it too early but it would have been with good intentions.

It's fine if he contacted some Souffs players for some kind of general chat. If he is actively involved in Souffs recruitment and retention while contracted to and getting paid from a rival club, that isn't. Doing it for the coming season while still insisting he is staying with the rival club is absolutely unacceptable.

You now believe he was given the power to organise another team over a year from being employed by them! You see in order for WB to organise Souths over a year out he had to have the authority to do so and only Souths could grant that, wouldn't you agree?

WB never changed his stance, he always intended to coach the Bronco's in 2019. He couldn't have organised Souths preseason without their blessing and I don't believe he did. What's more likely is him saying is 'IF' I am sacked and FORCED to leave early I wouldn't want to do the AIS camp. This is NOT the same as saying he had the power already to veto or change the preseason. It's also not coaching. Fucking Bronco's wanted it both ways actively undermining the coach, trying to underhandedly push him out while LYING to the public that WB would be coach in 2019.

I'm not claiming any particular incident actually occurred. What I said was that Bennett was allegedly making coaching decisions for Souths' 2019 preseason, while maintaining that he would not be there until 2020. That's a difference of a year or more, not a few months.

Nobody is claiming that Bennett had the power to influence Souths' pre season training a full year in advance, which is why some people came to the conclusion that he must preparing to move immediately, and that this occurred with Souths' permission (and thus Souths were also preparing for an immediate swap). Right or wrong, this is a reasonable assumption based on the evidence available to us plebs. Just because you draw a different conclusion doesn't make everyone else delusional, no matter how much your ego demands it.

I think Seibold is mistaken. Not lying. I also don’t think just because Bennett is at another club we need to just believe the things the media are telling us. If they were full of shit a year ago there’s a good chance the media are still full of shit. Bennett changing clubs doesn’t change that

Mate you are an idiot, I tried to give you the tip in a previous post, I am not in the pro Bennett camp on this issue, can you actually read and comprehend?? Go back and look at some of my posts on this issue, and you might get an eye opener (if in fact you can read). In any event, I am taking my own advice and not posting further on this topic, it is done.

Herein lays truth. As far as I'm concerned it isn't the things that WB is alleged to have done or did actually do it is the underlying dislike or hatred some have for WB. This makes them irrational when discussing him. I too have a position or view of WB and it would affect me too but the difference is that I comment on him as I would choose that people comment about me. That means, stick to the facts, judge things on what has occurred or the evidence present. Making shit up, falsehoods and innuendo should be removed.

Souths board, AS, WB and the Bronco's board all kept much from us, private stuff and dare I say, stuff we don't need to know. The announcements about 2020 were made late Oct 2018 and in the Bronco's case they had announced a month earlier that WB would not be there in '20. We would have to think that comprehensive planning went into both decisions meaning the coach positions were planned months before.

AS LIKELY had imput into the Bronco's while still coaching Souths and WB likely had the same deal. This fake outrage over WB is because of of pre-existing dislike and envy and in some cases, hatred and jealousy.

Well, I response to the bolded and underlined I went to the trouble of looking through this thread. You most certainly haven't stated "**** WB" or anything to that end. On the contrary, you have been fanatical in blaming everyone and everything but WB. Your support of him is so uncompromising and fanatical and your ultra aggressive attitude to anyone critical of his behavior makes it pretty clear to me that your first loyalty is to WB, not the Broncos. I could be wrong but I would challenge anyone to look through this thread and come to a different conclusion.

No, we can't, and that's because those of us with a mature and balanced view can see quite clearly that Wayne, Anthony, Souths and Brisbane, have ALL behaved poorly
