Premiers - Broncos of course
Biggest Improver - Manly I'm afraid, although I can see the Tits doing something if they keep healthy.
Fall From Grace - Dragqueens, even though the Panthers may fall through the cracks with everything going on there...
Dally M Player - Matt Gillett (seriously, who the **** knows...? It's a lottery!)
Origin Series - Qld 2-1, because taking away the debacle of the first game, we were the better team over the last 2 games, and we won't make the same mistake of choosing incumbency blindly.
Wooden Spooners - Bulldogs, Parra or Tigers, but more inclined towards Canterbury
Top Try Scorer - Corey Oates (putting my faith in Milford and Bird here)
Rookie of the Year - Payne Haas

Final top 8

Rorters
Broncos
Souffs
Cowboys
Panthers
Manly
Storm
Sharks

Premiers - Sharks
Biggest Improver - Sea Eagles
Fall From Grace - Storm
Dally M Player - Shaun Johnson
Origin Series - NSW 2-1
Wooden Spooners - Bulldogs
Top Try Scorer - Mansour
Rookie of the Year - Dylan Brown
Final top 8 - Roosters, Panthers, Sharks, Broncos, Rabbitohs, Sea Eagles, Knights, Dragons

I don't get the hype around the Cowboys at all, they've lost Thurston and have a spine consisting of Morgan (Severely under performed last season), Granville (Extremely overrated), Martin (Not good), Kahu (Injury prone, also not great). Their forward pack is elite, but that won't cover up the mediocrity of their spine and outside backs, they're going to struggle to score points, big time, I'd say they're closer to the spoon than the top 4 this season.

Not disagreeing for the sake of it but I still rate Granville if he is playing in a frontrunner team and Morgans a total footballer and I wouldn't mind both playing for the Broncos. I don't have them (the Cowpats) in my eight either.

I think I might have mentioned it a few times now, but I think Morgan has been a victim of having to play a new role too often. He always seemed to rise up to it eventually though. He started to look good as a fullback early on in his career before Coote came, looked great as a 5/8th, and even started to look really good as a halfback too. Then straight after the last thing, they changed things around last year, and will undoubtedly change things again this year.

From the commentary box?

Don't tell me he's in the commentary box this year? I can handle him on the sideline for a few minutes a half but I don't want to hear him calling entire games, unless it's at Hadley's expense.

Are you messing with us @Tom?

The Billy Slater Dally m was just a joke. Is Slater a fulltime commentator this year?
