@Super Freak aka the real bunker.

Do you think Gela-Mosby got a touch on the ball? He certainly made a play after Milford failed to pick it up, but I don't think he touched it before Ofahengaue booted it back.

Yeah he touched it when Milford was trying to regather it. Knocked it with the elbow in the first scramble for the ball.

Then again, Broncos should have got a penalty for the high tackle on Segeyaro.

I'll take the decision to the board.

Did Gela-Mosby also push Milford with his hands off the ball?

I don't know how the votes are calculated or when they stop counting but after tonight's masterclass I get the strong feeling that Siebs is going to go back to back in the Coach of the Year Award. This guy is the real deal, it's all coming together at the right time of the year. He correctly identified last week that our problems in 2019 started 10 years ago. 10!!!! In the space of 7 days he has corrected that and made our team what I now consider to be the Premiership favourites. Only incredible bad luck can hold us from the title this year! Fantastic!!! Well done boys Hey Hey We're the Broncos!!!!

Boyd is such a brilliant leader and captain...

Ship him off to Canada to play for the Wolves or whatever they are.

Was happy when milf went to fullback (100% on Boyd)but missing his 5/8 game. We have really weakened other positions to accommodate Boyd. Stupid thing is membership and crowd attendance would probably go up without him so don’t know why we persist.... but if we have to Milf back to 6
Turpin 9, Macca 7 , Boyd centre and maybe Coates to 1

I have a theory (pure optimism) that Seibold wants to move Boyd on and hopes someone will pick up some of his contract cost. And no matter how bad Boyd plays first grade his potential offer from other clubs will be higher if he’s playing first grade than if he’s dropped completely.

Gordon just announced his retirement. Come on Goldcoast, offer 400k$ for Boyd, I dare you.

Can someone please post an article in CM today that outlined "Blindside". There's something about Locky and Jack Bird readies for take off. I don't have access to entire article. Wondering he's ready to play next week(?) or want to head back to SHITney??? If he's ready to play next week, some good news in a long long time.

He did his ACL. He won’t play again this year

Just says he’s about to start running again.

Beattie wants Lockyer on the ARLC, current policy doesn’t allow that

I thought there were a couple of weeks when seibold was absolutely going to drop Macca and Boyd. But somehow both of them have now secured their positions in the team long term. I just don’t get it.

We’ve had a lot of injuries is what I’m hoping is the only reason.

Is it just me or does it seem like the Cowgirls intentionally watered the sh*t out of the field to turn this into the slogfest to suit them better/take the edge off our speed?
This is supposed to be the second last NRL game at 1300 smiles so I don’t think they wouldn’t care if they wrecked the surface.

fuk me...that was shit....

Turps....you da man......what a brilliant resigning to make....I hope your new contract includes stable fees for your horses..!

I posted this before but I keep thinking its the best way I can sum up our coach.

Insanity; doing the same thing over and over yet expecting a different result.

If not for the injuries, this feeling at the back of my mind would be more pronounced; I'm losing faith in our coach...

But for now, ill compartmentalise that and carry on....

I do have to say, i have been trying to give seibs the benefit of the doubt but after that performance, wow.

For Missed tackles and dropped balls you cant blame the coach, but when the attack was standing so flat and had no plan. That IS a coaching issue.

The tries were not constructed, they were off the cuff or individual efforts. I do have to say, the lack of development on the field and team selections has really got me concerned with seibs.
Yep , this is how I saw it to . The cowboys had 24 missed tackles to our 4 was so telling because they were up 12 -6 , we couldn't convert because there's no cohesion. I'm hoping when we get some halves it changes but it doesn't seem we have much of a game plan.

Couldnt help myself. Watched it. My god that was terrible. Two very ordinary sides. That right side defence of ours for their try was embarrassing. Positive is we stuck at it and managed somehow to get a win.

Oh, and even though it went in our favour, surely the NRL have to go something about that obstruction rule. I was laughing my head off when i saw that one the Cows had disallowed. I'd be fuming if they took one off us for that when Macca could have made that tackle.

In a nutshell he’s covering Boyd’s ass as fullback and 5/8th. And frankly, it’s bullshit. Milford has all the attributes to be up there with the best fullbacks but is being stifled by Darius Boyd.

He has the attributes to be a top 5 fullback but he can be the best 6 in the game
