Yes, but I think his contract has run out. I don't know how these things work preseason when you're trying to renegotiate. Maybe the supplements he was taking were connected to someone at the club and there's something we don't know yet. I'm just making that up.

Like McHunt said, he's out of contract. His deal should have expired in November. I thought that they weren't even allowed to be on the training paddock without some sort of contract, even if it's a train & trial one, due to insurance & safety purposes.

Perese I think played left centre on the 2nd team.. definitely was on the 2nd team


Looking over the squad online now I'm taking a guess that it was probably Kennar playing left wing outside Boyd on the main team. (Looked most like him than anyone else)

Therefore I would assume staggs was right centre on the main main team therefore I don't think Bird was in the centres at all.

Makes sense to me, though I remember having all sorts turn up to preseason training back in the day. But none of us were being paid.

And as much as I'd love to see BHQ have an absolute meltdown over this info, I doubt it means much.

Haas was on the 2nd team.. but the 2nd team wingers were Farnsworth and Coates.

Only the staff know why certain players are running with others [emoji2369]

My suspicion is they could of been testing out both wingers as we know at least one spot is up for grabs.. who knows.

Realistically it had to be Centre or Wing. Not sure where that leaves Jack Bird though. It's also going to mean someone gets promoted to the Wing I guess assuming that Isaako will be the Fullback.
