Why would we start now?
I assume they’re aware of it and have tried the bigger man approach, now it’s become clear they need to make this public and messy to prove a point!

have to grow a set first though.

The nrl will reap what they sow, they are so disengaged with the fans atm. The game is an absolute mess from top to bottom and there’s going to be an awful lot of finger pointing going on when they finally wake up & realise just how many supporters have walked away.

Are the broncos going to actually stick up for themselves? This is at joke levels now, clear bias.
Why would they start now? We've been getting bent over in every aspect for decades now and nothing has ever been said.

You’re the second person to ask me that 😂.

that’s how used to being bent over we’re.

Ramien's is a joke, he comes over the top with a swinging arm with plenty of force, not even a penalty on the night

If it was missed on the night at the point it happened, fair enough as it was away from play to an extent but the fact there was no sinbin for it and the post-game charge just compounds it all. I actually think fans would cops some decisions going against them if there were at least attempts at consistency and integrity. However, the NRL just comes out and compounds these issues by doubling down on them with post-game / post-round stupidity when it comes to decisions. And then, they triple down on that by telling fans to suck it up. Then to quadruple down, they try to justify these decisions by using footage and reasoning that anyone with an IQ above 10 can see is purely an attempt at justifying the stupidity and is quite blatantly wrong. On top of all of that, certain players get away for repeat offenses that others get over the top suspensions for. To quote the NRL themselves...it's rubbish!

To be fair, I don’t think Trindel was pretending. Piakura hits hard and that one would’ve absolutely stung. I’m just not convinced it was late.

He had passed the ball and old mate was still lining him up from a metre away , and then boom .
I `m one eyed too , but it was blatant .

I completely agree with you on the matter but I can see why the club is just taking a back seat as well.
The last thing we need at the moment is more spotlight and more controversy to our club by getting a charge downgrading. The media would have a field day at our expensive if successful and question why we fought if we lost.

Horrible butchers bill to get the win today, but lucky for us we aren't lining up again until March. Plenty of time for Haas, Turpin and Staggs to get their bodies right.

We have a great squad developing for next year with the addition of Reynolds and Capewell.

I'd give Haas off until January or so... the big fella hasn't had a break all year with origin, etc.

Think it takes 8 weeks for recovery of syndesmosis, so that's him in a moon boot until November and then he's back into training maybe mid-December (I think that's when the seniors usually start rocking up).

Giving him off until the start of January just to give him that little longer break.

He's fit as ****, so I can't see him blowing out in weight... of course he's also super committed so he may want to come straight back in and be with the boys doing the gap run.

I like your sentiment, but he won't be fit as **** in 6 weeks' time. You might be surprised how long it takes to fully recover from a leg injury - plus it takes even longer to believe you're invincible again. His rehab has pretty much cancelled his well earned holiday, unfortunately.

Probably more that I cant see him letting himself go due to the injury downtime in the same way that a Latrell, Dave Taylor, etc. could over an off season.... so not as much work required to get him back in top shape if he has a bit of extra time off.
