GRIDIRON NFL 2022-2023

picks 1.22 and 2.22 are worth pick 1.13 on the trade index. Who in their right mind wouldn't give that pick up for the best receiver in the NFL?
You guys didn’t sign Cooper Kupp too did you?

Matty Ice to the Colts for a third round pick. Maybe the Falcons are recognising they need to blow up the roster and rebuild.

Tyreek Hill to the Dolphins. Going from Mahomes to Tua... yikes! Still he's now the highest paid WR.

Saints sign Andy Dalton - we're now really scraping the bottom of the barrel. We're very quickly becoming just another team. Going to need a killer draft to stay competitive...

Think they need to tank and target the high picks over the next few drafts. They don't need wins, they need to rebuild the roster.

You may be right. They keep pushing money into the future, which is fine when you're paying a guy like prime Brees, but not so much once he's gone. They've had a great defense that's just lost two key parts in Williams and Jenkins, so a downgrade to just good is likely this year. Winston should get some wins on the back of the defense, but that's probably only going to keep them solidly in the middle of the pack and picking in the teens. A quality rookie QB on a cap-friendly deal for a few years would be a godsend, but you've got to be lucky to hit on someone like that halfway through the first round.

I'm also not confident that Allen is the best choice for head coach, but at least it seems he's told Hill he's going to be a TE this year, so that's a point in his favour.

Or just go all in, that works too.

Plus Mathieu and Maye on defense to fill the holes left by Williams and Jenkins, and a fairly promising draft outside of Olave as well.

The Mayfield trade makes the prospective landing spots for Garoppolo more difficult.

I still think we should hold onto him as injury cover for Lance anyway.

Rams v Bills has been pretty good. Allen already looking like he's in MVP form but Rams are still playing like Super Bowl champs.

49ers lucky they didn't get rid of Garropulo now with the Lance season ending injury. The dolphins offence looked pretty scary today too.

I agree mate, as a Niners supporter I thought during the off-season we really need to hold onto Jimmy. To me Trey still looks a bit raw and his ankle injury is now a further setback.

We are still playing too conservatively at times, if this was the Seahawks of the past they would have comeback.

Some of these come back wins have destroyed my multi’s

Back injury, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight...

This thread is a farce. What’s there to discuss. Eagles to win the Super Bowl and Jalen Hurts MVP.
