Kennedy Thread

Kennedy led the forwards in the second half.

Also had 15 minutes checking to see if he had concussion .
To catch his breath while the other fwds were playing football .

He was good I acknowledged he was . But ,,, Ryan James was better . LOL .

Oh, you mean he had the 'advantage' of a frontrower's shoulder to his face? Right. I mean, he's been smashed and THEN produces a great performance. It's even worth more praise when you consider the prior attack on his head. Tough stuff that.
You're right, RK was definitely better.

That's

MISTERRRRRR

I thought RK played quite well in a beaten team. The damage was done at 24-4 when he came on and he ran hard and made ground, made his tackles and generally performed well in all his tasks. Ran good decoys, chased hard and did all he could in slippery conditions which hardly suit a 6'7" monster!

His stats were pretty good too with 88 metres in 30 minutes with a real good 4 tackle busts which means he was running hard. No errors and good tackling with 21/22 and a solitary miss. I think he did give away a 6 again though but that's just up to the refs whims so it could have been let go but, you know, Broncos.

I thought he did pretty well over all.

I concur......

he is really riding the rails though, in his holding on in the tackle.

You forget just how big he is sometimes.......total monster.

Two ruck infringements.

I agree. He’s mostly been pretty serviceable when called upon this season. Has some discipline issues around penalties or poor offloads at times but good bang for buck

He did ok Huge, except for the two dumb penalties. Clean those up and he’s serviceable

He was fine. Played at the level of a bench forward which is what he is.

Yeah, penalties are a pain but in saying that there isn't really anything for him to 'clean up' as he isn't the sort of player who actually gives away penalties. With the 2 dumb penalties he's got a grand total of 3 for the year. Not so much of a penalty magnet as he commonly and incorrectly is labelled.

No, sorry. Going into last night's game he only conceded one penalty in seven games so no, he has not had issues around penalties. Considering the penalties in the last game made no difference whatsoever and only happened in the dying stages when( last 5 mins) the game was long gone we shouldn't be too bothered about RK's discipline.

4 tackle busts says he was trying , so does 88 metres, same output as Jensen( average per minutes) Palasia got the same minutes and made much the same metres but no tackle busts.

If people are really honest they'd have to say RK having the 3rd best tackle busts behind Staggs 6 and Capewell 5 is pretty fucking good especially when you factor in both of them get 80 minutes to produce them and RK only needed 30 to almost match them.

Even when people agree with you, you ague

Idiotic thing to say but expected. The poster declared RK had issues around penalties but he's the least penalised. How is that agreement with my claim?

I didn't ague with theshed. We have never met so it's unlikely, nay impossible for us to have shared chills and a fever.

I’ve definitely observed you in moments of fevered fits 😂

He’s had poorly timed penalties and six agains at stages but I wasn’t saying it in comparison to others. Many of our players have issues with discipline - many potentially much worse than Kennedy. I was nitpicking an area of possible improvement to steel man potential responses.
