Nah we celebrated playing finals, winning an elimination final, a quarter final and being in a Prelim 5 years in a year. No silverware attached but it's alot more than your mob has done since the Cowboys won the comp. If you sincerely don't think a teams supporter base should be happy with being contenders for the big prize year after year, even without a premiership than you must be a sad sad man. Especially given we made a grand final with 2million dollars in spine players on the sideline from round 25.

Again though, I am stoked the Broncos aren't my team.

If I ever found myself to be a lonely little man sadly boasting about the achievements of other men, to another team's supporter base, I would be seriously asking myself some questions. Questions like, would that tree branch support my body weight?

I'd be surprised if we low balled him, but it was obvious with our situation we couldnt match an offer from the Dolphins. If we didnt go with Walsh, we could have. I do think him not being able to get a go on the right or a fullback hasnt helped either. I just dont think its correct when you say we didnt want him. For all we know could have been paying him $400k a year so its not exactly a low contract, its just not what others would pay him.

Players we didnt want to keep are blokes like your mate, Brenko Lee and Isaako. We were more than happy to get those wasters off the books. Herbie was one where the cap got us and we had other priorities.

Well I thought Brenko did alright last year .
Played both sides of the field , defended well and put his wingers in for tries . I didn`t see him as a world beater , a very good second stringer though .

C'mon if you want to reply with something to really hit me at the core, you should read my posts. My reply where I "boasted to an opposition's supporter base" was in response to someone saying the Broncos and the Rabbits achievements were the same without the premiership trophy, where in reality, all the Broncos were trying to achieve was a finals berth. A ridiculous statement that required some further discussion. Be honest, would you have preferred to be playing finals and not got to the grandfinal or miss out on the finals all together?
