Has Talty played any second row??
I think he's been playing lock and prop in NSW Cup... other consideration could be that Willison is the edge support given some of the impact of Talty off the bench
I'd have to watch the game again to see if Gos was struggling with the defence... but do I really want to watch a replay of that game again
I will say that I was happy to have Gos on the bench the last two games when Piaks HIA'd himself within the first 10mins of each game... as it meant Willison stayed in the middle, but that was also noting we didnt have Payne in either of the last two games
Played second row at North Sydney. Can't comment on the quality but he's played there.

Some obvious things backed by stats - our back three don't make enough yardage, we're error prone, Reynolds is over relied upon for end of sets.
Interesting that we concede the third least metres per run and the least amount of offloads in first halves. However, that offload rate doubles in second halves.

He doesn't mention specifically the Eels game, just talks about players coming back after the bye.
I think the Eels game will be too soon. I think Souths would be the return game.

Ah ok... I thought someone mightve asked about Jensen returning for eels or something.
I think we should be OK this game, because Payne will be back.
The issue in the previous games was having no middles when Payne and Patty were origin / rested... a middle with Patty, Payne and Willison should be enough.
Kobe has been playing better and Talty has been good off the bench.
Yeah Talty was excellent off the bench last week. Hope he keeps his bench spot, certainly doesn't deserve to be dropped. But If we play piakura I think we definitely need second row cover on the bench.

Yeah I suspect that is the forward pack if Jensen is still out.
If Jensen is back then Talty probably drops out, because we need Gos as backrow cover
We could start Jensen and have willison on the bench as impact forward and injury cover 2nd row. Then we could have
