Out for revenge.

Broncos win.

No score prediction.

Need to see that pack go back to Jensen starting, for what ever reason it just balanced the side better, I would love them to somehow make room for Talty but not sure they could?

Also think that Billy has done enough to earn a start, and i have been critical of him previously but you can't deny he is ripping in.

Funny how all of a sudden this is a must win as we then go into a stretch of games against the likes of the dolphins and NQL who would love nothing more than to take points off us regardless of the positions on the ladder, then factor in the Storm twice. Simply have to front for this one.

We will play like shit for 50 minutes until Billy comes on and rips them to shreds.

We'll probably win this, but who cares... season is already over... we can't beat any of the serious teams

We beat the Dogs twice and the Warriors. Probably should have beaten them first time too. We were awful against Canberra but still possibly won if they didn’t get a couple of absolutely disgraceful try decisions. We got beat by Penrith who will win it all again so far point there. We will of course lose to the Storm because we never beat them in season but even so, that hasn’t happened yet. We beat the Dolphins.

Aside from Penrith, we’ve done pretty well against the other good sides. Like most of the comp, our problem is we only turn up 50% of the time and never against the bad sides. We’re just fortunate the Titans are so bad they don’t know how to win anymore.

I’d go a step further and say we NEED more from Hunt. He’s had a really poor season not helped by a very long injury break. He’s been a real bust sadly.
I thought Hunt was fine at 9 last night in a standard issue kind of way - I'm picking him ahead of Paix - but we didn't buy him to be "fine." He's meant to be our danger man.

It's pretty damning how we lifted when Billy came on, who should be depth.

I've got nothing. Good for Billy holding his place, but we are in trouble if he's the standout in our spine, apart from the wildcard at 1. Which he was.

We're definitely traveling better than last season. We weren't humiliated last night, merely pipped. We look like a top 8 team, but that's about it.

This isn't likely to be our year, but that's not the major concern: it's that we're not building to succession next season. Our weakness - as ever - is Reynolds' fading star, with Hunt maybe even further along the retirement curve.

Their paucity of mental and physical energy, manifesting in a string of hasty bombs and sketchy communication, means we rely on Walsh to provide the power plays. He's fantastic at that, but the more we rely on him the more he's targeted, the more he overplays his hand, and ultimately the more time we spend in our own half.

We seem to be building towards an implosion next season, with two floundering former legends weighing us down, and yet another set of high value extensions looming.
