So not even arrested?

That is scraping the barrel, even for League media lol
It’s a choice. Could have been arrested or could have been give a ticket.

They decided to give him a ticket and a banning notice. Can’t go to FTV for 28 days sort of thing…

Am I the only one who would be dropping Karapani for the weekend? He has turned a corner in his career the last 12 months and there is no question on his place in the team but I do think we need to continue to drive standards and there is no better game to do that then against the Titans where it won't bite us on the ass. Get Jesse a game in the process.

I could care less about what he has done but I think it will be important to Madge and it should be important to us as fans that standards are high and there is consequences for not meeting them.

Josiah sits on the sidelines or extended bench this weekend for mine.

I'd be pretty surprised if Karapani is picked for this weekend yeah. Madge and hopefully the leadership group are trying to drive pretty high standards. I know it's not the exact same situation, but Shiba sat out a crucial game last year.

We have Arthars there, give him a game or 2 for sure.

I think Mam needs to go. He has no kicking game, his ball playing is rubbish, he doesn't look dangerous running the ball, and he is a putrid defender. His biggest asset is his support play and being there to finish off someone elses work.

Hunt to 6, Mozer to 14.

Hunt is arguably our best 6, 7 and 9, yet he sits on the bench for 40+mins a game.

Hunt and Reynolds both leaving at the end of this season in all likelihood, why would we get rid of Ezra completely?

His short kicking is fine, as on the weekend, albeit he gets trigger happy on early tackles, and it sometimes doesn't pay off.

If we didn't fold like a cheap suit, he is a 2023 Clive winner, and if he doesn't play in the finals last year, I dare say we don't get to or win the GF either.

I get people want more from him this season, it's warranted, but getting rid of him completely for a slow start to the season imo is crazy.

What part of Hunt's performance against the Panthers gave people the impression he would be any better than Ezra?

He ****ing sucked. Like it's hard to describe how ****ing shit he was.

He didn't do that well at 5/8 last year either.

Are people seriously saying to get rid of Ezra? Lol. He is 23 this year ffs. Was top 3 players in 2 grand finals! He is out of form obviously playing a little injured and is still setting up tries. Insane take....

This. I am worried that it's a bit of an open secret that his leg issue will be ongoing - going off nothing but a gut feel as to how they have handled it and never really publicly addressed it despite the fact it's been a constant for him.

But he is the opposite of Milford when it comes to training and improvement. He's actively wanting to learn and better his game, at the moment he is clearly hampered but the effort is there.

So he should never be dropped because of this? Sacking him would be getting rid of him completely. Dropping him is a result of a string of unacceptable performances. Let's not pretend Mam is a consistent player, hes a bloke that has relied on sprinkling some big moments in big games on top of mostly mediocre.

BHQ is always quick to overreact to players being out of form. Last year, there were calls in here for us to forget Reece Walsh and put Cobbo at fullback.

No player is going to go through their career playing perfect or even great footy every week. We know Ezra has the talent, as long as the desire remains, he will turn it around.

Code sport is suggesting Arthars is playing over Karapani. Payne to be given a few more days to determine if he plays, Anderson out 2 months. Shiba back to centre and Mariner back on the wing is the prediction.
