And HG Riki's performances are becoming more consistently good.
 
No wrapping of the ball, not controlling the legs, falling off tackles and no controlling the ruck have all decimated us. Simply put, dog shit defense. From the opening whistle, we were not focused and no real mongrel at all.

On the contrary, Cowgirls played their GF. Were never onside, played grubby all night & always within 10m. If that’s what they could put on with our insignificant spine, boy, they’re ending up in bottom 4 surely.

Will have to right all the wrongs from here on.
 
I guess Josh Roger’s being on the field sums up our personnel issues atm.
Hard to win with that plus insane referring.
I guess I’m proud of the effort if I zoom out but it’s disheartening to not be stacking wins when we all know origin will soon ream us.
 
Can't be disappointed that we got ourselves in front with all the ****ery going on. Just weren't good enough at the end there.

Plenty of effort there from most but some really soft efforts from one player in particular that were really disappointing. I dare say that one player will be a big focus of Madge's review on Monday.
 
Duffy had a great game and his kicking will come on the more he plays. That no try decision was just completely wrong. The Cows player dropped it cold and disruptor my arse. Whenever we play with Klein as the ref he is worth 6-12 points to the opposition every time.

As for Shiba it's time to go back to the bench. Nearly every time the Cows went to our left side defence they made massive meters.

Some of our defence was ordinary but with this much disruption to the team that is to be expected. What really pissed me off tonight was the amount of times the Cows runner would step to the side of the marker taking the first marker out of play and not once was this pulled back by Klown. The other thing was obvious was how long Klown would wait before calling held when we had the ball but when the Cows had it you could clearly hear him calling the Broncos players out of the tackle by name.

There's a word for that sort of reffing.
 
Loved Duffy and Riki was superb all night but I don’t know what to make of that game. The reffing was all over the place. Consistency, I’m sure Kleins never heard of it
