Yes agree. We copped a horrible call but from that point leaked 17 points. Apart from the field goal we didn't score after the 58th minute which has been our sweet spot to pile on some points.
Everything about our D needs to be better, linespeed, contact and wrestle. That's where we are getting beaten.

Yes, when your penalty rate lines up with your errors and missed tackles, and your points generally come from arsey passes, you shouldn't be all that surprised you get pinged for lapses in concentration.

Every week we're damned because we have a certain referee who hates the Broncos.

Walker got a Cat One changed in 2024, Roosters argued it was his neck that caused him to lay down and it wasn't concussion.

He passed two concussion tests and showed no signs after the game and they downgraded it.

Yes, we did put ourselves in a position to lose based on our defense when the call occurred. It was a particularly bad one though. We would have gone up by 12. I cant see NQ winning scoring those points if it was given. Some calls are errors of 50/50 but that was a deadset try in any era. We were robbed. No conspiracy, nobody was out to get us just one of the stupidest decisions of all time that cost us the match.

I can forgive our defense with all the injury outs we had. Hopefully they are better this week. Unfortunately we seem to have more injuries coming. Hopefully a chance for Mam to step up and our depth players to get some reps in first grade. Who would of thought we would be running out of hookers...
