I’d take either him or Kris. They can’t fit everyone into their back five when fully fit. Kris probably offers a bit more versatility.

Yeah any of Timoko, Kris or Savage you'd jump at.
It's an odd one; he's out for the year but still at school in Ipswich. There have been rumours, but everyone denied it and he's not moving schools, so it all seemed weird.
He has a long-term contract at the Broncos. But again got moved to the Jets Cyril this year so he could play with his mates which again was odd.

So given Jensen is sadly unlikely to come back, attention turns to desperately needing a front rower next year.
What about Josh Papalii as a stop gap? Toby Rudolph? Morgan Gannon?
I hope the Kaiden Lahrs rumours actually had some basis.

In other news Richard Penisini has explained that his surname is sounded thus - the 'Pen' is sounded as 'Sm", the 'I' normally, the 'si' is sounded as 'th' and the rest is silent. Commentators should refer to him as Dick Smith. His parents are still in hiding.

Sounds like something they made up to try and stop bullying, I would know, my own surname is easily made fun of…..same with a female friend of mine….who,actually had their surname changed. It’s probably pronounced as it’s spelt speaking from experience.

Ata Mariota is somehow still off contract... can't see raiders letting him go (especially with Papa retiring), but broncos could try and poach him... he's definitely ready to be a starter and Ricky hasn't been doing that.
Other than that it's not necessarily horrendous when you think that we're after someone that can be on a bench... Willison and Barney as starters next few years... Patty can always transition there as well.
I want Kaiden Lahrs... he's ready for a position in the 17 and isn't getting that at cows... he'll definitely get a spot in the 17 at broncos and possible future starter.
Michael Molo is probably worth a shout... he was spending 80mins on the edge a few times last year, but has been unsighted. There might be some untapped potential there.
Tom Ale has been around for a few years and at his second team at the moment, but another one that might have some untapped potential
From there you've got a guy like Guler who is a bit of a loose cannon, but can be ok off the bench, which is basically what we're after. He's got a little bit of poor man's Klemmer about him though, so he's a type of player that is probably being phased out.
Sam Hughes can't really get a start at dogs, but he seems pretty solid.
Toby Rudolf would be another who shows good signs and I'd consider him a decent get, but he probably wants to be a starter and bigger role, which could mean a bigger contract... and I'm not sure he's worth that
That's probably it... Uele can be someone that has flashes, but definitely has instances of hands like feet, and doesn't really get through minutes... but sharks have been running 4 forward benches for awhile so I don't know if low minutes means he has shit fitness or if sharks just can't find minutes for them all when they stack their bench.

Maybe... I'm not sure I'd want him, but we'd probably get more value out of him over someone like Jhunt.
He's a straight up and down prop, which is basically a Jensen replacement... Jensen was only averaging about 35-40 mins a game... although that was with Payne playing 50 odd and Patty getting killed at 80mins a game.
So we probably need a prop that can put out at least 40mins a game... Guler was doing that to start the year (under Flanno), but Young has gone the younger kids (rightly so) and his minutes have dropped way off.

Everybody used to give each other shit, didn’t matter who you were. And you weren’t given some metrosexual label for doing it, it was all in fun….mostly.
We live in a lucky country you know, here most of it was done in fun.
