Walsh looks good tonight. Pretty happy with that from the boys. Not sure we have it in us to win this but it's such a massive improvement. I love Piakura but I think we need to make a tough decision about keeping him around. We can't keep covering for his head knocks.

Piakura has had way to many head knocks. His career would be at risk for sure.

one thing i'll say is Walsh has taken control of the team tonight and that's a great sign. he doesn't usually when Reyno plays, he has a tendency to sit back and delegate to Reynolds

Reyno has taken his medicine tonight, let's not be unfair. He's taken more than a couple of beltings.

He's just lost some pace, both on the field and between the ears, and tonight unfortunately it's really showing. Again. He should have finished up last year.

I don't think broncos will be looking to break the bank to keep him.

They need to hunt down another starting calibre backrower pronto and then Piaks needs to take a reduced contract for a couple years to prove he can even stay on the field.

He was definitely gassed when the ball came to him on that play.

2 plays earlier he put a little play on down the blind and then was hands on hips.

Reyno for some stupid reason calls an early kick and everyone outside him is flat with no one to pass to.

Ball comes straight back to Reece when it should've been another settler after Reyno gets caught meekly... I don't think Reece was really ready for it and just went kick in the wet let's play for the drop out

It’s moments like those where Reynolds just needs to show and go. He’s experienced and should know this.

Apart from flubbing his goalkicking, Reyno's biggest issue is you can see it in his body language that he is terrified of injuring himself. When you have such little trust in your own body, it's time to give it up, surely.
