Two reasons why I'll be deliriously happy if we win the big one this year .. #1 obviously bragging rights and total pride in the club, .. #2 we'll be playing the World Club Challenge and won't need to endure the Vegas Fustercluck and the hangover that follows!!

Before the 2024 campaign starts I just want to give a quick shout out to Belinda Sharpe and Kasey Badger, I was a 'doubter' when they first appeared as touch judges but they've made a real fist of things as refs and 'touchies' in what has traditionally been a male-dominated area.

Really stoked that Lee Briers is on the staff again next season, I don't think he got enough credit for the work he did behind the scenes last year.

OK ... just gonna throw this out there ... I've seen quite an improvement in Tanah Boyd's game recently, seems to be running at the line more, not bad off the boot and his goal-kicking is getting better ... off contract end of 2025 ... is he an option? Jock Madden's ok but (and this is just me)...

Another of my occasional spleen-venting posts. Getting to hate the Dolphins more and more as each day passes, now they're chasing Ezra Mam. Just supposing for one agonising second that he moves up onto the Costa del Bennetto ... and just supposing for one even more excruciating nanosecond that...

Does anyone know if Lee Briers has been retained for next season ... not sure what his contract is. Hope he's still with us , for mine he had a big influence on the boys this past year.

Just want to throw my 10 cents worth in here. I'll be screamin' like a banshee when it's on, but win or lose I can't begin to say how f.....g proud I am of the lads this year, been here since day zero 1988, seen the highs and the lows, but what we have right now ... this IS the start of...
