If Melbourne need the NRL's support to win with those three in their spine, the comp is a laugh. Broncos v Cowboys generated a mountain of positive hype/PR for the NRL not because it was manufactured rot, but because it played out exactly as people expected. Those two clubs were leagues ahead of the rest that year and they both rightfully made the GF on their own merits.
 
We need to play the way we played against the roosters earlier in the year. That game had lots of ball movement but we really need to maintain ball security too, no cheap turn overs.

And even though it was a fucking nightmare... was probably one of the best gf games of all time

Do you mean the game where he did an incorrect 20m tap? There was some rule where the ball needed to be on the ground and he tapped it while it was in his hands? Think we didn't even get a single penalty that night.

Did anyone watch the late show with Matty Johns last night it had Tallis talking about how broncos are always offside and against the panthers we were the whole time and then fletch said what's in your mind why do you hate the broncos so much in a joking manner. Why does he hate them so much now is it because Wayne?

Panthers missed a number of opportunities going down the Bronx left side that the Storm wont.

Pretty simple really, cut down the errors and dig in.....oh and just win FFS

This is ruby league anything cam happen. If the boys turn up with determination. With a mindset to kill or be killed, then we have a real chance. It will take a perfect game from all the boys. If i had any involvement that inches speach from any given sunday would be mandatory watching before the game. Each and everyone of our boys has to rip in for eachother. The only way to win on friday is with a team that trusts and works for eachother. I believe in our boys.

Yup, anything can happen. All we need is, ball control, set completion and impeccable defense throughout the 80 min. If we can get all these, then hell yeah, the cup is ours for taking.
 
I think our kicking game in this is going to have to be spot on. Kicks must always find the grass, which is hard with slater back there, but we need to be up there in their faces before they start shifting it to their speedster wingers. Good chase, smash them and get on the front foot.

Plus up the middle. Is it so hard to put the storm on their backs in the tackle as they do for each tackle. Put it back on them to slow it down and watch their forwards get flustered.

Going to be a massively tough game but it is a two horse race, anything can happen. Cmon Broncs!!!
