Smart that they’ve locked in the players’ salaries to the predicted gross income. That means that if (when?) a broadcast deal is done that is worth less, the players have to cop a cut too.

SOmeone on another forum made a good point about the Roosters. If they aren't over the cap, then the cap is flawed where you can sign so many top tier players and still maintain the rest of your squad. Might as well get rid of it altogether, since it's not working as it was intended to.
