Does Daniel Alvaro qualify for Qld or NSW? I notice he is from NSW but played a lot of his mid teens footy in Brisbane after signing a contract with the Broncos.

He's impressed me in the Broncos game tonight.

Wikipedia says he played for QLD U18s. He's still young too.
 
Alvaro has been great since the second half of last year. Like a Ben Hannant in his prime, he is carrying a lot of timber but makes up with it with a huge motor.

I'd say they're playing Turbo in the centres so they play JAC & Cotric.

Just a matter of Aitken vs Roberts vs Mitchell for the other centre spot, I think they'll go with Aitken.

Aitken is a far worse option than Mitchell or Roberts...I hope they go with him.

Far safer is probably a more accurate description, they've already got more than enough try scorers in the back 5 without him if they go with that line-up, they need someone who can defend Inglis on that side of the field, Aitken can.

Aitken - 11 games, 7 tries, 7 line-breaks, 32 tackle breaks, 173 tackles @ 86% efficiency
Mitchell - 11 games, 5 tries, 5 line-breaks, 50 tackle breaks, 94 tackles @ 80% efficency
Roberts - 12 games, 6 tries, 6 line-breaks, 50 tackle breaks, 162 tackles @ 82% efficency

From a statistical stand point, it has to be Aitken or Roberts. The defensive issues of Mitchell will rule him out for Freddy.
 
Freddy needs to break the culture of allowing the DT to pick the team. For far too long NSW's media darlings have gotten the spot, regardless of how good they are. Getting rid of Woods is a start.

If NSW cant beat us this year they have issues.
