That rule is fair enough, but last nights abandonment came from powers outside of the Heats control, even outside of the 'Gabbas management.

Power wasnt only lost at the ground but also a fair few blocks of the surrounding suburbs.

Rain isn't in NSW control either. How do you draw a line and decide the difference?

Are you sure this particular rule does not refer only to the playing surface?

Were spectators given a refund?

I would have thoughts lights were ground preparation- or could be classed as anyway. I don't think they will get a refund because the rule is 6 overs in total for the game no refund.

Doggett and Lalor have gone ok. Lalor has 4 wickets now! He's been impressive this season.

Cutting has been shit though.

Of course losing Pattinson before was a huge blow.

FMD the heat suck at bowling fielding and batting.
 
We've successfully got the chase up to nearly 2 runs a ball. Got em where we want them now. Ye ol rope a dope

Sixers look like they have about 15 fielders .
 
McCullum is so far out of form he actually needs to be dropped.
 
We've just got no idea lately.
I seriously think our strategies need re-thinking.
 
Absolutely putrid. Easily the worst team in the comp this season, and really if it wasn’t for Pomersbach having a career year 2012/2013 probably the worst team collectively in the history of the BBL.
