They can practice all they like (and so they should) but what they can’t do is duplicate the pressure present when the game is on the line.
We’ll only ever know if they’ve got that sorted when that situation occurs again and it inevitably will.

That’s fair enough, at least Kotoni can play a lot more positions if need be.

On Roberts, I only want him back in the side if he’s at least 85% fit (aka not limping). Anything under that and he goes missing.
 
Field goal training would work with opposed training, especially done with some fatigue. Try and simulate game conditions as much as possible.

I'm not worried.

They have shown numerous times they know what to do and can set up for it. They lost their way against the Tigers which was a rare occurrence. I doubt that's going to happen again.

Having said that about fatigue, surely our training at or above game intensity must be hurting the players. Surely it would take time to adjust.
 
Been pondering a few things since the weekend and have grown even more confident since then that we are absolute certainties to beat the Raiders. I don't encourage gambling, and forbid my children from having a sportsbet app on their phones, but I would urge anyone with a few spare bucks lying round to get into your local TAB and back our boys to win! There will be a couple of surprises, and a few twists and turns during the game, but we will run out victorious in the end. It will be a pleasant surprise to many, but without hesitation I can put my hand on my heart and say, put this down as our 2nd win of the season, with plenty more to come.

I second that. Please ban him for 30 days if we lose.

Will be taking your advice Faithy, but believe you should put a disclaimer in your comment stating you are not responsible for any monies lost. If it turns out you were wrong(and I seriously doubt you are) you could have a lot of angry BHQ'ers demanding an explanation. Any tips for a motm?
