Mate, I don't know. Seibold publically stated he's not in the "Leadership Group," whatever that means. But I notice in the video around the 3" mark, the guys around the table are: Boyd, Croft, Glenn, Lodge, Haas, TPJ and Carrigan. Then it cuts to a 1-on-1 with Bird.

I guess you're probably right.

The whole 'leadership group' concept is a total wank anyway...
It means they can't pick a captain, so they have half the team acting as one (disastrous in so many ways). Too many cooks i the kitchen? Carrigan? Seriously!? He's barely a pick for the 17!

You can tell that Mr. Seibold is a High School teacher, the kids just wanna go home!

Besides, if he is to be any use to us, we need him to focus on his own game rather than what the rest of the team are doing

sorry that i'm disappointed that the team with the biggest advantage in the competition, are not even taken seriously by proper competition, let alone have looked , even close, to competing for a Trophy in a long time.

I'll continue to follow them regardless, I'm a fan, just a realistic one, unlike yourself. I just look forward to the club having some decent leadership and coaching staff.

Nah you're right, we haven't been competitive in a long time.....
On ya bike ya spanner.

Finished 2nd in the minor premiership in 2015 and lost in the Grand final.
Finished 5th in the minor premiership in 2016 and made the semis.
Finished 3rd in the minor premiership in 2017 and lost in the semi finals to the eventual premiers.
Finished 6th in the minor premiership in 2018 and lost in the first round of the finals.
Finished 8th in the minor premiership in 2019 and lost in the first round of the finals.

2 years of shit results yea. Apart from that we have been competitive most years.
This year we have massive potential with a great looking team.
But because you didn't watch them laughing and having fun during pre season you reckon they're rubbish. Pfft what a fucking joke.
Its pre season, its not designed to be fun.
That Shit can happen when we are on a winning streak or playing deep into the finals.

exactly what do we get that other teams don't ... stop believing what fans of Sydney clubs tell you.

we have to adhere to the same salary cap as every other team
we have exactly the same pool of players to choose from as every other team
we have to play to the same rules as every other team.
