Still think we'll run away with it in the second half.
Not sure how it looks on TV but live our edges are open wide almost every play. Goal line defence isn't great but if we fix our edges they don't match 80m+ every set.
I hope Bird sticks around and we see him cement his place in the side. When he's in form, he's on the best players in the comp.
He's currently playing the worst football of his career though.
Ditto.
As impressive as the Dragons have been, we saw what the Storm can do against the Warriors. If they turn up as they have the last two weeks, I expect they'll assert themselves quite convincingly.
Not surprised to see Knights falling away here. They concede the most metres and gain the least in the competition. All Souths have to do is complete their sets and Newcastle can't compete against their power game.
I will say that they've surprised me with their results since Pearce went down...
Dogs are one try and one penalty goal ahead. Highly unlikely they're not going to cough both up if we play smart when we get up field.
Shocking first half but let's not get carried away here.
In all seriousness, Dogs shouldn't be anywhere near us. We had sustained pressure and plenty of chances. Tighten up a couple of things and we can run away with this after half time.
