I doubt he is tbh, he knows what to expect under Madge and at this stage of his career he probably doesn’t want disciplined and gruelling training sessions.
If you are going to the trouble of getting an independent third party to do a review I would assume you would be trusting their ability to sift through what may be petty grievances & what is genuine criticism or concerns, which is where an interview or discussion format would be most ideal...

Didnt say it was. But if you want real answers whatever review you have should have a degree of anonymity. A survey was probably just the most expedient way of doing it.
If it’s not anonymous you won’t get raw & honest feedback and you won’t be able to identify where things have gone wrong to be able to address all those issues you mentioned. I wouldn’t mind betting that a lot of the issues raised were from staff more than players.
