Add to that, this year he's finally starting to become self aware of just how big he actually is. He's run over a few players already, mix this with the Origin atomosphere and unleash him straight at Jerome.
If we're talking about effort, who is one of the first players there on the kick chase, tackling fullbacks? Ezra.
Who is chasing blokes on line breaks even from the other side of the field? Ezra.
Someone makes a break up the guts, who is streaking up next to him in support? Ezra.

Locking in Walsh, Mam, Haas, Patty - people want to come play with that. Securing a generational talent like Walsh will be immense for us keeping players on unders and luring talent. Please be true.
I don't know how many times it needs to be said. You don't pick halves for their ability to defend. Hold their own, sure. Mam more than does that - he puts on shots, heck, he's fantastic at kick chases and is often one of the first players chasing breaks in our line.
He's not a great lateral...
An old metric for how the Broncos were tracking this time of year was our origin representation. Even in recent times we had Walsh, Cobbo, Staggs, Capewell, Flegler, Patty and Haas - 7 out for Origin, this year it's 4. Staggs while injured was very unlikely to get picked anyway.
Cobbo sneaks...
Dreadful defense. So much dropped ball again.
If we make the eight we go out first game the way we are playing. We don't look anywhere close to Melbourne or Panthers - they'd have put 60+ on us today. So many players just ran straight through us. No fluky chips / kicks - was all just simple...
A win by more than 16 puts us straight into 2nd as long as Panthers don't have a big win over Sharks. Dolphins should come crashing back to earth now with them taking on Warriors, Raiders, Sharks, Storm - probably only realistically winning one of those.
Lucky bastards have already played the...
Sorry @1910 I had to figure out what your last statement was referring to specifically - the highest percentage of a single field segment of the field leaking points? Doggies right up there but yeah, it's pretty telling on our left. Our 2nd Row issues on that side likely being a big contributor...
He's probably not hit the highlight reel as much. But his defense has been fantastic as have his carries out of our end. He's training up a new winger combination and our #7 has changed how many times this year who plays often on his side. He's done well.
Mentioned during the live thread he hurt himself. Then the poor guy got through a game with a broken rib getting called out for being toweled up. **** playing NRL with a broken rib! It's hard enough to get up off the couch lol
If enough big names turn them down - it might make the rest sit up and really think about going there.
Losing big names too - like Manu going off to Japan. It's good money but that can't have been his first choice.
Keary retiring early. JWH retiring. Suaalii going off to Rugby.
Some of the...
Whoa whoa whoa whao.... I don't want him here.... he'll turn into a prattling talking head every day of the week on the local channels. No thank you! lol
The only player to ever receive a Wally Lewis medal for SoO as a debutant and last years Dally M Lock of the Year, probably doesn't have to be too concerned - dethroning Yeo and all.
