Can't agree. A waste of skills. Herbie is 1st or 2nd amongst our players in NRL line breaks, tackle breaks, run metres, post-contact metres, most runs. The only other is of course Payne Haas. As well, he is one of "better" players in missed tackles, way ahead of Turpin and Gamble. Sounds like...

Well, our "play makers" might give Herbie the ball with more than 6" of space to move. I didn't see one backline move last night where Herbie was on the receiving end of a structured spread. Staggs got the ball once or twice I think. Our backline game plan sucks big time

This. For anything good Gamble and Croft did, it wasn't anything to do with footie IQ. So many wrong options, andt poorly executed as well. Staggs and Herbie mostly just run the ball back with defenders all over them. Reynolds alone will make such an enormous difference to this team.
