No. Walsh had zero duty of care in that collision, he was in possession and had passed the ball. May had the duty of care, and a "special duty to avoid forceful and dangerous contact" in that tackle, by the NRL's own definitons. See my previous post in this thread.

We do, but when our attack is essentially all based off either Reyno or Walsh, well, that makes it hard. We also miss Haas' minutes in a huge way. I agree though, we still have a whole lot of quality and quite a bit of strike.
