Bigger problems than a young, interchange forward. I’d like to know who the cancer is. Does anyone have a clue if indeed there is one or a small group? I know so,e will blame the previous coach but time to move on ..
Probably on my own here but I feel a bit sorry for Kennedy and think Teo is very lucky to be in the 17 at his expense given his last start.
Teo cant be there for Impact, he's not had any since his return IMO ...must just be experience I guess.
I agree although from memory there was that god awful attempted kick (two others did the same including milford) with a man right on him but that can be fixed up. What croft doesn't have to fix up is his attitude which is reflected in his improved defence. When he's getting moved to cover a guys...
You can be forgiven for getting the team or year wrong as it’s been there for years. The dragons flogging us on that Sunday arvo elimination final at home in 18 proved we had a playing group problem and it’s been shit ever since.
Speed bump? Cat scratches doesn’t even slow them down. Completely take your point. Good post.
As in for the season? Probably not, but for the cap space and underlying effort - yes. They had to swap him in defence so the next step is the bench / cheerio.
I’m excited to see what dearden might...
I‘ll go against the grain here. I think he’s actuallly showed some focus (noting that he’s shut his mouth and put in a decent pre Season moving away from the jack the lad / I don’t give a shit attitude ) and may well be realistic at having to start at the bottom in terms of back row pecking...
If everyone else at the club has been given the opportunity to either remain in the same capacity or right the wrongs from last season (except the coach) then why shouldn't he?
genetically flawed as a starting point . The mid north coast of NSW must be the DV capital of Australia or just a decent place where wife beating, nrl scum hang out in the off season
Lets face it, its difficult for a marquee signing with our cap a mess and coming off the spoon. Finally showing some commitment to overhauling the cap. This is as good a signing as we can hope for.
I think she's well qualified and being a woman will be far less likely to take the 'nothing to see here' approach, take a $50k plus fee and move on. This could be the circuit breaker we need and she'll have no allegiance to a CEO thats departing.
Could be very worth while.
