That bench .... damn .... I would have personally preferred to see Kobe start, but it's been a long time since we've had a bench that strong with all in good form. Plus the guys that we left out in Kennedy and TC on form don't deserve to be dropped, but here we are. Feels so good
The only changes will be Haas and Capewell into the starting side with Flegler, Jensen and Paix certainties on the bench. Then it'll be TC Robati, Palisia or Kennedy on the bench. I lean towards TC due to needing balance and not 3 middles on the bench.
He is twice the player Coates is. I always take the value these muppets put on the contracts with a grain of salt. By the end of the year it'll fluctuate between this and North of 800k a year every second week. He'll go from happy to wanting to leave when we lose a couple of games.
Like the media knows... Bird was on a contract ranging from 600 to 1 mil depending on the day of the week and the alignment of the solar system. They announced Fifita to the Titans on 1.2 mil yet listed him at 900k in the last article about highest paid players. My 5 year old has more...
If we got Munster, secured TMM to a 3 year deal, the inky missing link would be hooker. Hell Mozer may be close to ready by 24 and with TMM, Reynolds and Munsters around him guiding him he might be worth the gamble.
1 - TMM
6 - Munster
7 - Reynolds
9 - Mozer
I know the chances are slim, but...
Don't know if it has been mentioned, but do we offer to take Nikorima off the Warriors hands effective immediately in return we release Arthurs from the final year of his contract?
Kodi would certainly look a hell of a lot better next to Reynolds than anyone we have now. Essentially a spine...
See ya next year Flegler
Haas to the Roosters rumours will go stronger.
We were never allowed to win today.
**** this game, it's determined to keep the non Sydney teams down.
With Turpin on the outer could we see Walters at 9 with Mozer off the bench next year, which would swap and Mozer at 9 and Walters at 14 when Mozer finds his feet? Mozer would have a full QRL season under his belt and having him start from the bench would ease him into first grade
Turpin's service was good and his defence exceptional.
Only changes I would make would be the obvious with Reynolds to 7, Kelly to 6, Carrigan to 8, Herrington to 13, Palasi and Walters to the bench with Robati and James remaining on the bench.
