I did like the reporter pull Kevvie up when he said something like it’s not what this club is about. Other than 1 season this performance has been what the club is about for 5 years…It’s like no one at the club wants to admit it.

People seem to forget how good Inglis was, he was elite. Cobbo may go on to have a good or great career but brave words saying he can potentially be better than Inglis.

I tend to agree with this on the season and Kevvie in general although I would add in the Titans games as well, should have at least won one of them as they were also not full strength. Agree that last 2 games show he hasn’t lost the group, could easily have lost by 40 to parra after the first...

Fair enough the first year they get some benefit but not because they are fleecing the Tigers or making a player break a contract, Tigers wanted to off him. He signed 3 years for Penrith as well pretty sure so they will pay full freight the majority of his contract.

Lets be fair, they would have some money to spend with losing JFH, Luai, Turuva and May. And Papali'i was no longer wanted at the Tigers... I don't remember any articles that suggests they got him "for a pie and a coke" either...from memory they moved on him after they lost the battle for Fifita.

Agree, Opacic would be a great squad player. 100+ games of experience and still only what, 29? Sure he is not the fastest across the ground but between the years would be quicker than some of our current cadets.
