Mariner is pretty solid as far as being a strike outside back goes. You have a valid point though. The only thing that makes me hesitate in feeling Staggs is the far wiser option is Cobbo’s ability to shift to fullback and wing.

Not to go full McHunt but the R&R team ultimately does what the coach wants. The R&R team has unearthed so many good players and under Dave, they’ve put together som really great deals. They lost their way between 2023 and 2024.

I don’t know why people are talking like if Hunt signs, Ezra just pushes him out of the halves once he becomes available. If Hunt and Reynolds are working well, Ezra can learn to be a bench utility imo
