I hope Kevin Locke's injury isn't too bad. I originally thought he snapped his achilles tendon. Hope it isn't too bad a back injury.
Plus Gallen going off injured is a huge problem for SOO.. :crying:
Haha sarcasm cures the soul, even more so around here with the way the sky is falling in with all these 1 man teams running around.
You and your chequebook rugby league crap still never gets old, you should be sitting in a rocking chair on your porch screaming about the old days. This current...
I am currently watching the Warratahs play. I really wonder how much better would the Eels go if they had actually signed Folau. He set up the first try in 40 seconds and scored himself from about halfway stepping 3 or 4 defenders.
Edit: I think it might be more so the defence is just so crap...
I just have to pull you up on Te'o and McQueen. They have a job to do and that job is to defend and run the ball hard. We play a different style than we have ever played before and we don't play them as hole running forwards, yet. They do their jobs extremely well and to see how far McQueen has...
Hodges is just as important. He is usually your metre burning back, whose dummy half runs always help sustain your forwards build momentum and his defence shuts down a lot of plays his side.
Compared to how George was when he first came to us and played NYC. He really has come a hell of a long way with his tank. I think it just comes down to how good Madge and Troy are at getting the best out of the players, something we have lacked for years.

Has to be Maloney.
Carney with his injuries as of late is just too big of a risk taking him into this series and due to those injuries he seems to be lacking the confidence. He felt the pressure last year as well when it came to goal kicking and running the ball.
I wouldn't really say the contests have been that wide a mark really. There has been a lot of close shaves with a NSW mistake and the right QLD player being there to finish the job. How many times with less than 10 to go did Lockyer save Qld? Cronk saved you guys last year in game 3.
I have...
Most people know I am not overally fussed with Origin. I have started enjoying it more the last few years, but to me it is just another 3 games of the year that I am not fussed if we lose or win. The Rabbitohs mean more to me than NSW.
I also hate the people who don't understand the idea of...
It was dangerous but I think it was just wrestling technique gone wrong. Most of the Bulldogs tackles consisted of players grabbing one leg and twisting it around or lifting it up in some way to slow the play the ball down.
Inu was trying to bring down one of the hardest players to tackle and...
I see it almost like initiating the touch in touch football. Basically Slater was bracing for impact and not wanting to get smashed by a big forward ready to smash him when he lands or even possibly milking the penalty for being tackled in the air. The problem is the angle the motion happens was...
I don't know. It is a game we really would have lost 2 years ago. We made terrible mistakes in attack but defended pretty well when we needed to and ground out the win. Plus we had 2 tries disallowed. This game is one we can't forget, we need to remember it and never play like that again!
The...
