I'm almost relieved I can't make it to next week's game. Praying for a fit Hodges.

Guess I understand how St George fans were feeling last Friday night. I don't think we're plumbing those depths but I struggle to see where the points are going to come from with Hodges injured. We'll be 1-3 after next week and potentially vulnerable going into the Origin period.

Looks like a good appointment. I don't think having a deep knowledge of the game was essential. As others have said if he surrounds himself with people who are in the know he can focus on building relationships and expanding the game's commercial opportunities. I'm betting we'll still be seeing...

Nice to see a few Monday night home games but disappointed we won't host a Sunday afternoon home game.

Despite the outcry I doubt the game will lose one cent from this decision. The shoulder charge is a low percentage play and we've been seeing fewer of them every year. The game is still as brutal as it's ever been and people will still watch it.

Well Campbell Newman think the Gabba should be in contention to host the AFL Grand Final so go figure.

Have to say I didn't expect this although when you think about the commercials it isn't surprising. It's in the ARLC's interest for NSW to break the streak and having two games in NSW next year makes it harder for Qld. Throw in the extra dollars from NSW Tourism and the games' coffers look...

Hey I'm a Bombers fan too. Between them and the Broncos I enjoyed one victory from a possible 16-17 games combined. Tough going in the back end of the year.
