Broncos vs Rabbitohs
5 March 2015, 7:05pm (Queensland Time), Suncorp Stadium.
Getting in early.
I think all the recruitment puzzle pieces for the Broncos have now fallen into place. I assume that this will be a Broncos home game so should be a cracker to look forward to. Let us know your...
I'm sick of the role model threads and the player beat downs/smearing.
How often do you hear the good news stories or a thread about the positive values and aspirational things that you aren't afraid to show your kids.
What about the good values?
Teamwork.
Leadership.
Sportsmanship...
Bronco Fans - Show You Want Sundays - Brisbane Broncos
Finally! A decent fixture on a Sunday afternoon.
Here's a theory: The Broncos adopt a no-frills completion rate brand of football because they predominantly play in the dewy/wet conditions on a Friday night.
I also think one of the most...
Dudes, seeing how we have a month free this year, what are you up to?
I'm heading to Fiji for my 30th, and not having to watch another Broncos game for 6 months which will be joyous.
But there isn't enough Kava in Fiji to erase the memory of this pathetic season
Thought that the news today of Gallen's injury warranted an early start to the Game 3 chat.

If Gallen is out, does it actually give NSW a shot in the arm?
Following on from the other GOAT thread, I thought a discussion on the Greatest of All Time Teams would be interesting:
1. St George 1960s
Simply demand to be there for the fact that no club will ever win 12 premierships in a row. The names, Gasnier, Raper, Provan, Langlands - I never saw...
I just got to thinking the other day about grass roots rugby league in Brisbane. My local club is (or will be, hopefully if my lad takes a liking to rugby league) Cannon Hill Stars.
I know nothing about the club. I walk their fields every now and then and see they have some mentions on the...
So it's official. He's back with the Roosters.
Can't believe his approach so far has been anything but cap in hand, he's hardly seeking forgiveness. In fact, he's framed it as "hard" to return to the NRL, like he's doing the game a favour?
It's like the NRL are a bunch of star struck...
Very interesting developments recently with Channel 9 apparently in some financial dramas.

I wonder what the terms and conditions are for the broadcasting rights deal? I wonder if the NRL...
Went into my local Amart All-Sports and saw they are discounting all 2012 stock.
There were retros in all sizes as well as home and away jerseys. Might have to pick on up myself this weekend if there is any stock left.
Could this mean new jerseys for 2013?
Is he on our radar, whether as assistant, attacking or head coach for the Broncos?
Surely he'd have to be getting close to a run at an NRL side soon given some of the others getting NRL experience at the moment.
I think he would be a great fit with our young halves who desparately need...
The far greater contributing event to the cause of that try (IMO about 80%) was Hoffman's error in the rush and plant. The fact that Waqa almost dropped the ball over the line is somewhat irrelevant when he shouldn't have been in the position to score in the first place. If it's a no try call...
"We would not sign anyone, including Greg Inglis, if it meant jeopardising the hopes of re-signing Sam Thaiday," Cullen said.
Famous last words from the worst CEO in Broncos history.
Dead set, if this turns into the same circus that the Petero affair ended in, I will be beyond disappointed...
