Since there isn't an official award, I thought it'd be a good idea if we came to our own decision. So what's going to happen is this. This thread is going to be a nomination thread, each member gets to nominate one player and they will go into the running for a later poll.

Sounds good? Good.

I'll start us off.

BHQ 2017 Buy of the Year
Nathan Brown (Parramatta Eels)

Nathan Brown is comfortably the buy of the year imo, but seeing as you've already nominated him.. I'll nominate Luke Keary.

Since Vaughan was selected, I'll go Josh Addo-Carr.

When did Clinton Gutherson sign with Eels

So:

Nathan Brown (easily the winner)
Josh Addo-Carr
Luke Keary
Paul Vaughn
Benji Marshall
Tautau Moga
That Sironen Guy
Mitchell Moses
Te Maire Martin

What about worst signing?
Jarryd Hayne
Robbie Farah

Sounds like a question for it's own thread.

Also who voted for Te Maire Martin & Mitchell Moses? One nomination per member.

That was me, sorry.

Probably Mitchell Moses. Without him I doubt Parra would have finished 4th.

Don't get greedy Sproj. :pokeytongue:

Looks like Broncs_Fan has helped you out.

You can always edit your pick.

Dammit, I wasted my nomination on a joke.
There are only jokes left now anyway, like David Taylor, Jarryd Hayne, Kieran Foran, Robbie Farah, etc...
Those probably belong in an opposite thread as @Big Pete said.
