I'm so keen, wish it was the 3pm kickoff but will be glorious in any case. We will show up in number too given it's Saturday. Remember in 2023 - we had at least 40% of that crowd - I was shook!

Improves our meters out of our end, less defending. Mariner is a centre.

Personally I would go Arthars and Staggs in the centres and Cobbo Mariner on the wings. I think that’s the better balance

Even if arthars and mariner just switch in defence, so that arthars defends at centre would be better.

I think Kevvie did that towards the end of last season ...

In any event, you can tell by the answer that this was clearly a question Badel asked to get a response to allow him to publish an article he had probably already written.

Madge doesn't actually commit to either position for Cobbo.

“With the wingers in this day and age, they play a different style.

“Deine Mariner is an option at centre. He has plenty of growth in him as well.

“The importance of the back three (fullback and two wingers) these days is huge.
