I'm so keen, wish it was the 3pm kickoff but will be glorious in any case. We will show up in number too given it's Saturday. Remember in 2023 - we had at least 40% of that crowd - I was shook!

Left would be better IMO .
Better kick returns from Cobbo .
And more intercepts , or attempts at intercepts that lead to opposition tries. LOL .

Yeah seems like the obvious thing to do.
Improves our meters out of our end, less defending. Mariner is a centre.
Personally I would go Arthars and Staggs in the centres and Cobbo Mariner on the wings. I think that’s the better balance

Even if arthars and mariner just switch in defence, so that arthars defends at centre would be better.
The leftside of piakura, mam and mariner defending together was putrid.

In any event, you can tell by the answer that this was clearly a question Badel asked to get a response to allow him to publish an article he had probably already written.
Madge doesn't actually commit to either position for Cobbo.

I think he is a real shout for a wing spot. Would not be surprised if he pushes ahead of mariner on a wing for a little bit actually. Him and cobbo on the wings would make about 200m a game more combined to mariner and arthurs (arthurs to centre).
I doubt madge is going to put up with the backs not putting up >150m a game, especially the wingers.
