Get over it, your captain should be leading by example and a great reason Madge should be making Carrigan captain.

Carrigan is up there with Alex Glenn with his record of inspiring the team to victories. Broncos best teams have always performed with a playmaker as the captain. Stripping the captaincy from Reyno would be a mistake.

Would you want to play under a Captain who doesn`t shut up ?
For me he is too vocal and not every one wants to be told what to do every play .

I think the issue here is there is not enough others talking with him. A good team are constantly talking with each other on every play.

There's not a lot of football brain going on out there.
I'm not saying that getting Reynolds back to 100% important. What I'm saying is your one and only captain we have needs to with his team, both training and playing. Leading by example and addressing any needed matters.

There is a difference between communicating and ranting .
That`s an urban myth .
These guys have played football all their lives under many different and diverse coaches and several of them at the highest levels . But they don`t know football ?

Do you have a one season memory? Don’t you remember Reynolds saying the players needed to learn the basics when he arrived by pictures being drawn? Remember Gamble literally dragging players in to position?

I still don`t believe that you can play the game all your life and have the kind of understanding you describe .
And even if they did like Rugby converts . 3 seasons of coaching should well and truly iron that out . Or the whole rugby league coaching system from under 10s up is broken .
Players have corridors they operate in . It`s not like they have to move to the other side of the field or switch positions .
PS : Gamble is not a good example .
He left how many years ago and the players didn`t learn anything in the mean time ?
What are the Broncos wasting millions on coaches if they can`t coach . And that means Briers , Cartwright and Ballin included .
