Absolutely zero cohesion in attack, players swearing and carrying on at each other when the pressure is on, winless after 6 rounds, a decent coach who seems out of ideas and all signs pointing towards that they're hurtling towards yet another piece of kitchenware at 100kms/h.

Something tells me there are a number of cliques/subgroups within the playing group that legit can't stand each other. I wouldn't be surprised to hear Corey Norman and Mitchell Moses are at the centre of that, but I definitely don't have anything other than instinct on the matter. Here you have 2 huge egos in the one halves pairing, in a struggling team that looks directionless and lethargic. Frustration is sure to be a big problem in that environment as both try and assert themselves to produce something (anything), and we've seen it already from Moses who doesn't mind flying up his teammates.

Brad Arthur may yet pay the price first as coaches always do, but you can't look at the way this Parra side is playing and not think something is very amiss. It is just baffling how a team can fall so hard from grace like they have with no explanation. You couldn't give Radradra that much credit by saying he is that big of a loss. He's a fucking winger.

Gareth Widdop has scored way more(78 points compared to the eels 46) then Eels have managed so far this season.

It's amazing the position that they have found themselves in, they were so close to making the GF last year and rag dolled most teams including us in the later rounds. Disappointing to say the least, they are an entertaining team to watch when firing, I definitely would of had them in the top 8 at the start of the year

They have too many drongos playing for them - Jennings, Norman etc - the type that go out drinking through the week despite being pro footy players.

Their attitude has always been their problem.

When some of the team clash heads, this is what happens.

Norman has always been of a high opinion of himself, but to me it seems like Moses has an even bigger ego, from the outside looking in at least. Doesn't help that the media sucked his schlong all of last season. He's honestly not even that good too.

I mean, they were going well, the dream showed up, and then they weren't...

Maybe they're all still sleeping Inception style? Now they all have confusing dreams.

Yes....we were discussing who the poison could be in the Eels camp and no-one had mentioned Jarryd Hayne

Well played sir.

I can’t speak about how they are off the field but on the field I think they are suffering from a similar problem to us.
2 very instinctive and off the cuff halves leaving no one to direct the big men or build pressure.

One of my workmates, a fellow Queenslander, Parra tragic and Bronco/Wayne Benett hater took great delight telling me all about Parra putting 50+ on us last year. He rattled on about how wonderful it was that his humble team had smashed a team full of Origin and International players. Well we all know how last season went for our teams.

We are required in my workplace to use a marker pen on our doors to our rooms when we fly in to work.

I changed his name from Merv G..... to Owen Six ! His name last week was changed to Owen Five. I really want to keep doing it until he's called Owen Twenty !

It's not that surprising to me. Radradra won games on his own for them and coupled with the return of Hayne, welp

That’s so awesome. Even Owen Ten would make me happy.

The Titans were building then in comes Hayne and it crumbles ...

The Eels were building then in comes Hayne and it crumbles ...

Coincidence? ... I think not
Any idea on how the NFL team he joined in America was doing before he went there? (Don’t follow Gridiron).

49ers were shit before, shit with him and despite false hopes raised on the back of making a average player that went through a purple patch a franchise player; will continue to be shit.

They are one of the rare examples where Hayne didn’t make them worse, because they couldn’t really get much worse.

Going by the whispers coming out of Parra, the problem isn't Hayne.

It's Norman, and a bit of Moses.

Yeah, I love a Hayne bashing as much as the next guy but everything I've heard has to do with a clash of egos between this pair. Which is odd considering how well they jelled last year. Clearly got to know each other better
