ARLC chairman John Grant has conceded NRL referees need to clean up their act - and the game has an obligation to help coaches, players and fans understand the rules.

All they talk about is the poor Tigers no try.
The refereeing in League may have been sorted out in June, as Gallop was just about to sack Bill 'It's all about me' Harrigan & Stuart 'My father is a Dragons Legend' Raper.
But no siree, Grant had to wield his 'power' & he sacked Gallop instead. IMO Gallop wasn't a Grant lackey, so had to go.
