I cheered Hayne, I feel dirty and I defended Gallen when they said it was a swinging am... hahahha wtf. What about the Kiwi centre that came from the other side of the field and no one said shit.

Hayne should have got a shot at the back after about 60minutes imo.

It was a penalty every 2 minutes in the first 20! Imagine seeing that in the NRL there would be blood on the streets!

I would keep those 3 imo. Bring in either Shillington or Hindmarsh for Gidley.

JT, Inglis, Smith and Hodges were the best imo. Thaiday was strong from the bench.

Brilliant match. The forward collisions were the most brutal I've seen in a footy match for ages. Referee killed the game however, a few dog shots from both sides, but thats what footy's about.

The ref absolutely copped it at the game. So much abuse yelled out.

Frustrating to be there and not see a result. I know some people don't like a golden shower, but it sucks to walk away without a winner/loser.

The Kiwis were up in the Aussies' faces all match. I haven't seen it on tele but our key players didn't seem to get the ball enough in attack. It was extremely frustrating to watch.

You cheered Hayne for what? He didn't do anything. The Hayne/Hodges side of the field saw nothing. And you defended Gallen?? Puh-lease! As soon as it happened my first thought was "Gallen should go to the bin." and I didn't change my mind after the replays. Was very surprised we got the penalty - the obviously only considered the "fight" and not Gallen's actions that led to it.

I agree with Coxy, I thought it was a pretty boring game overall and I though the draw was a fair result as both teams were as bad as each other.

However I will say that Smith and Inglis went pretty well.

Hes wearing and Australian Jersey, thats all thats needed.

And Gallens swinging arm was not a "swinging arm".

He was just going for the tackle and Luke dropped below his arm as he was tackled from below, giving the impression that he was trying to take his head off. If he hadn't dropped he would have hit him below the shoulder. As for the face plant after the tackle (which was the reason for the punch up) yeah that was a bit ordinary.

No ones mentioned that the next time they came together Gallen dropped the ball and Luke had another shot at him in back play and Gallen basically walked away.

What I though was wrong was the Kiwi center coming in at full sprint and shouldering someone 10 secs after it started, and he came from a fair way away.

Yeah that was more what I thought he should have gone for - I hate the nasty cheap shots and want them out of the game completely so think there should be a zero tolerance on that kind of stuff, there is absolutely no need for it (that and just for being Paul Gallen - I can't stand him. And I still didn't cheer for him, I don't care what jersey he's wearing, I never will :mrgreen: )

Smith on the whole played pretty well but bloody hell he takes the wrong option a lot in rep games. He did the same in Origin 3, when Locky or JT were screaming for the ball on either side of the ruck he went the other way. Really pisses me off!!

I think Smith is just so used to going to his Melbourne team mates he does look to do that alot.

I enjoyed this game, had a good time watching it

I think our backrowers ran too wide, taking away space from our gun centres, it was a testament to the skill of Inglis that he could still make something in attack.

Put Hayne in fullback, fly in boyd for outside inglis, replace gidley with slater and rejink the backrowers - Sam didn't get enough game time, watmough was huge as was Petero. Big game from Smith and JT too - shame izzy is injured.

Are we not allowed to score from kicks in this comp?
