Sooo many players could put forward a good case for getting votes and didn't. Best Round 1 we've had in a looooong time.

Reynolds best player on the field. He ran the show off the back of our pack.

Carrigan. Showing why he is the best forward at the club. Doesnt get the credit he deserves from the media. If he was a NSW grub they would be lauding him as an immortal in waiting. The bloke is just a machine.

Hunt. Never stopped competing and just has that calm head and quality that takes pressure off Reynolds to have to come up with the big plays over and over.

Haas, Reynolds, Hunt, Carrigan and Paix deserve points at a minimum. and that's before you think about Cobbo and his 3 tries.

Haas was more noticeable, and probably outplayed him but Patty was unbelievable

He had a mega stint but it wasn't showy in a game full of it, he is definitely close to the top 3 for me though.
