Didn't he have surgery for an appendix ? They all seem to be carrying something, or getting over something. Hopefully it all comes good round 1, but at least it gives hope for up and comers, or fringe players to work hard for that chance.

He should have recovered from that by now and be back to full fitness, but his pre-season was disrupted by that.

It’s a little concerning that our spine have all had disruptive pre-seasons and haven’t been able to work together as much as they would have liked. It wouldn’t surprise me if we have a slow start to the season as a result of that.

We should come good as the season goes on but it’s possible we will struggle to start off with, possibly dropping a few games.

You're right he did too. Our whole spine resembles the walking wounded.

as much as I don't want our spine being injured early, perhaps we might be lucky enough to be fully fit at the business end
