He re-injured the ribs last week.
On the plus side - the Tigers got up over the Phins today, result was never in doubt finishing 17-16 icon_thumbs_u
OK - there was a fair bit of doubt until Van Djyk kicked the field goal with about 2mins to go - but was a good game.
On the down side - the Hornet copped an (unpunished) illegal shot in the first half and didn't make it back onto the field - 7 stitches and a crook back, but he should be OK for next week.

My Uncle didn't rock up till late after saying he would call in at 8am so missed it :( There is a higher power stopping me from supporting the Tigers i think.

Great game and a great day out today. But not the result Matty and I were looking for obviously.
First half was a pretty scrappy arm wrestle. Second half both teams lifted, even though there was the same number of tries in both halves, the second half was a lot better quality.
When the Dolphins scored 2 quick tries after half time I thought they were going to run away with it, but this season it seems they just don't know how to do that. So many close games and mostly we get the result but couldn't deliver today. Well done to the Tigers.
On the plus side, from a Broncos point of view, David Hala was magnificent.
