Happy with the inaugural Good Friday clash. We are camping at that time and everyone last Easter came to our van to watch it. Good times. Same crowd next year too!

But no Mothers Day game??? WTF?? Not fair.

I see we start and finish the same too.

We only play Manly and the Storm once and no Manly or Storm home game. The Broncos v Storm rivalry is huge, they get a big crowd for that. Craziness. Especially after this Saturday night whoever loses will be looking for revenge next year.

I'm going to definitely try and get to the Broncos v Cowboys game, never been to that. I'm pencilling it in now.

Yes, and in 2006 asked for it not immediately after Origin 3, but the week after that. It seems to vary.

Yep. We only see 4 of the other top 8 teams from 2009 in Brisbane next year. Newcastle, Titans, Parramatta and Dragons.

No Bulldogs, Manly or Storm.

Piss poor draw IMO.

Storm game will be weekend of Test Match too boot so fair chance Storm will have few either out or battered and bruised as opposed to us who will have probably very few in the side especially if DL retires from rep footy

True, I'm thinking more from a marketing perspective, the Broncos will have their job cut out for them.

Cowboys, Titans, Dragons and Eels will be easy sells.
Knights not too bad.
Warriors aren't too hard with lots of Kiwis around.
But Sharks, Roosters, Raiders, Panthers, Tigers, Souths....notoriously hard to attract those fans.

You won't really know which teams will be tough to play, every year is different.

Obviously at this time of year you base your opinions on which teams are successfull this year, and which teams have recruited well.

It's not hard to draw conclusions, always one or two upsets (*cough*Warriors*cough*)but you can generally judge who's going to travel well and who's not. [icon_shru It's not rocket science.

Yeh, looking at it the home draw is weak - however you never know how the comp is going to be.

But no storm or dogs game? That is huge.

In saying that - hopefully we can finish higher up on the ladder! haha.

What crap, how can we only Vs bulldogs and storm once?
IMO some our best games are against those two teams and usually get the good crowds....
I actually prefer BYE after Origin 3.

Gezz we always seem to cop teams that will not be affected by origin without our stars every year. We seem to always get a combination of the Tigers, Souths, and Sharks.
